Everything else is on every plan, including Hobby: the full Overview, Realtime, Sessions, Journeys and the Ask copilot.
What each plan includes
Section titled “What each plan includes”Hobby — 1 site, 30-day retention, real-time dashboard, no cookie banner needed.
Pro — 10 sites, 2-year retention, custom events, Core Web Vitals, revenue attribution, Ask, goals/funnels/retention, REST API and exports.
Business — unlimited sites, 5-year retention, team seats and roles, everything in Pro, data residency choice, priority support.
Ask is on every plan with a monthly fair-use allowance — smaller on Hobby, larger on any paid plan — shown as a percentage in Settings → Plan & usage and reset on the 1st (UTC).
Enterprise — everything in Business, a volume rate below $1 per 100k, annual invoicing and PO, SSO and audit log, DPA, security review and SLA, a named support contact. The cards stop at 25 million events a month; above that it is a conversation: hello@tracing.tools.
Gated screens
Section titled “Gated screens”Six screens need a paid plan:
| Screen | Feature key |
|---|---|
| Events | events |
| Performance | performance |
| Revenue | revenue |
| Goals (and goal detail) | goals |
| Funnels | funnels |
| Retention | retention |
They unlock together on Pro. On Hobby the sidebar shows them locked, and opening one replaces the body with an upgrade panel — the topbar and the rail stay put, so you can see where you are. The Events panel on the Overview is locked the same way, and the revenue tile and chart series are hidden until the plan includes them.
Revenue has a second gate on top of the plan: it also needs the site to have reported at least one sale, otherwise every number would read zero and the screen shows the setup instead.
Site limit
Section titled “Site limit”Checked when a site is created, since that is the only way in. Hitting it gives a message naming your plan and its limit. Deleting a site frees a slot — deleted sites are excluded from the count.
Retention
Section titled “Retention”How long collected data is kept:
| Plan | Days |
|---|---|
| Hobby | 30 |
| Pro | 730 |
| Business | 1,825 |
| Enterprise | negotiated |
Entitlement
Section titled “Entitlement”The plan you are on is resolved from your subscription rows: the newest subscription that has not been canceled wins, so an upgrade replacing a cheaper plan takes effect immediately.

yes — a failed card is a dunning problem, not a reason to take the dashboard away mid-month |

Anything else, including no subscription at all, is Hobby.
Trials
Section titled “Trials”14 days, on Pro or Business, offered once per account — never to an account that has already had a subscription of any kind. No card is charged during the trial, and the trial status entitles the full plan.
